Adjustable LED illumination |
Set the light output across 6 levels with the wheel on the handle, so you get a usable image in a pitch-dark cylinder as well as in a semi-lit engine bay.
Fluid-resistant probe |
The camera head is IP67 rated and can be immersed, which means it can be used in oil, coolant and other automotive fluids.
Reaches where you cannot |
The 5.5 mm head fits into most spark plug holes for cylinder wall and piston crown inspection. The flexible gooseneck tube holds its shape, so the camera stays exactly where you put it.
3-in-1 attachment kit |
Supplied with a hook, a mirror and a magnet attachment for looking around corners and retrieving dropped bolts, nuts and clips.

Does the VDSP2000 work with my iCarsoft tool? |
The videoscope works with the CR MAX, CR MAX BT, CR Max P and MT PRO. On these tools you start the camera through the videoscope function in the main menu.
Can the camera be used in oil or coolant? |
Yes. The camera head is IP67 rated and can be immersed in automotive fluids. Clean and dry the probe after use.
Does the camera fit through a spark plug hole? |
The camera head is 5.5 mm and the tube 4.8 mm, which fits most spark plug holes for inspecting the cylinder wall and the piston crown. Always check the opening on your own engine first.
Can it be used on a PC or a phone? |
The VDSP2000 is designed and supplied for use with the iCarsoft diagnostic tools listed above. The supplied Type-C and Micro USB connectors are intended for connection to those devices.
Is the videoscope included with a diagnostic tool? |
No. The VDSP2000 is an optional accessory and is always ordered separately.
