Order process and payment options

Order your iCarsoft products online by adding a product to the shopping cart. After filling in your details, you can choose from various payment methods including PayPal, Credit Card, Bank Payment, IDEAL, Bancontact and SOFORT Banking.

Shipping and delivery

After your payment has been received, your order will be shipped with courier service GLS (General Logistics Systems). If your payment is processed on working days before 5 p.m. your order will be shipped the same day. All orders are shipped from the Netherlands and the delivery time can therefore vary per EU country. The international delivery times are between 24 and 96 hours and European business centers are generally served within 48 hours.

Visibility period and guarantees

After receiving your order you have a viewing period of 14 days in which you can indicate that you wish to cancel your purchase. You can make this known by contacting customer service. If you renounce your purchase, you are responsible for returning the purchased products to Smeets Solutions B.V. in the Netherlands within 30 days and for your own account. After receiving your returned products the purchase amount will be refunded within 14 days. If you have received a defective or incorrect product, Smeets Solutions will refund the shipping costs incurred by you after you have submitted a proof of payment of the shipping costs incurred.

If a purchased iCarsoft product breaks within 24 months, you can claim warranty. Contact customer service and clearly state the nature of the warranty request. If it is assessed that the defective product must be sent to Smeets Solutions then Smeets Solutions will refund the shipping costs incurred by you after you have provided a proof of payment of the shipping costs incurred.
