The price you pay for an iCarsoft product depends on the country of delivery. The prices stated with the products are calculated on a VAT rate of 21%. By selecting your country of delivery in the shopping cart, the final price will be calculated.


European countries have different VAT percentages, therefore the final purchase price may differ per country. The prices stated with the products are calculated on a VAT rate of 21%. After accepting your order, goods will be shipped with courier POSTNL. All orders are shipped from the Netherlands and the delivery time can therefore vary per country. As soon as your order has been shipped you will receive a track&trace link to follow the shipment.

You have the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period expires 14 days after the day on which you or a third party designated by you, who is not the carrier, physically seize the good. To exercise the right of withdrawal, you must inform us (Smeets Solutions BV, Breinder 9, 6365CX Schinnen, the Netherlands, E-mail:, Phone: +31 46 457 1880) through an unequivocal statement (eg in writing by post  or e-mail) of your decision to cancel the agreement.  In order to comply with the withdrawal period, it is sufficient to send your communication regarding your exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.
Consequences of the cancellation:
If you revoke the agreement, you will receive back all payments you have made up to that moment, excluding delivery costs in any case not later than 14 days after we have been informed of your decision to withdraw from the contract. We will pay you back with the same payment method with which you made the original transaction, unless you have explicitly agreed otherwise; in any case, you will not be charged for such reimbursement. You must return the goods to us without delay, but no later than 14 days after the day on which you have notified us that you have returned the contract. You are on time if you return the goods before the 14-day period has expired. We do not reimburse the costs of your return shipment, these costs are for your own account. You are only liable for the depreciation of goods resulting from the use of the goods, which goes beyond what is necessary to determine the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods.


Without limitation of your right of withdrawal under Article 7 you can return the product to us, eg if the product is not the ordered product, is damaged or defective or it is a wrong delivery quantity. If goods are delivered with visible transport damage, you must immediately report this damage to the deliverer and contact us as soon as possible. If you do not complain or do not contact us, this will not affect your statutory rights and the enforcement thereof, in particular with regard to your statutory right to guarantee. But you help us to assert our own rights vis-à-vis the freight carrier or transport insurance. As soon as we have confirmed the defect or another problem, we will repair or replace the goods at our expense (including the costs of shipping) unless this is not possible or disproportionately expensive. In this case you will receive a refund of the amount already paid for these goods.
We will keep you informed about the reimbursement within a reasonable period of time. We usually process the request for reimbursement as quickly as possible and in any case no later than 30 days after confirmation by e-mail about the refund for damaged or defective products.
