CAN-FD | Supports Controller Area Network - Flexible Data-rate for compatible modern vehicles, including 2020 and newer G.M. and Chrysler models.
DoIP | Supports Diagnostic Communication over Internet Protocol for compatible vehicles, including Volvo, Land Rover, Jaguar and BMW F/G chassis. The CR Max P is supplied with the RJ45 network cable, F-Chassis cable and USB 2.0 to 10/100M network cable required for DoIP connection.

What is the difference between CR Max P and CR MAX BT? | CR Max P is the upgraded version of CR MAX BT, with a 10-inch touchscreen, Android operating system, quad-core processor, 64GB storage, 10000mAh battery and supplied DoIP connection accessories.
What if AutoVIN does not recognise my vehicle? | Manual vehicle selection remains available. AutoVIN compatibility depends on the supported vehicle and VIN database coverage.
Why do fault codes reappear after clearing? | Persistent hardware faults must be repaired before their codes can be permanently cleared. Record freeze-frame data before clearing codes and follow the vehicle repair procedure.
